Does the Bible say not to grieve?

Where in the Bible does it say we sorrow not as those who have no hope?
1Thes. 4 Verses 13 to 18  But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
What does do not grieve like the rest of mankind?

Why does God want us to grieve?
God wants us all to reflect on life choices outside of his created intent and feel grief for the losses they create. When we don’t let ourselves feel grief over sinful life choices, we block our ability to participate in God’s grace.

Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.
